    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    As the Site Manager - Travel in North America you will:
    • Travel
    oTravel as directed and assigned by the Senior Resource Manager to support multi-site service hubs.
    • People Leadership
    oProvide leadership to support multi-site service hub- Initiate and support staffing requirements, coaching, training, and corrective action concerning employees and contracted partners; and succession planning.
    oOwn the safety culture within the hub- inclusive of contracted partners and customers.
    oExecute daily Plan of the Day calls - prioritize and manage dispatch schedule.
    • Customer Point of Contact
    oCustomer focused approach to build long term relationships with customers to deliver business objectives and meet contractual requirements.
    • Partner with CPM | Customer Performance Manager
    oEscalate customer concerns with priority
    oPartner with cross-functional teams like Sales, Commercial Operations, Sourcing, Finance, HR to meet the deliverables.
    • Turbine Return to Service
    oPrioritize turbine performance to meet/exceed performance commitments.
    • Multi-site leadership
    oBe innovative and engaged in all areas of facility operations aligned with individual site plans to include creative problem solving with LEAN thinking.
    oLead operations within multi-site service hub ensuring weekly visits to each site;
    • Drive safety focus
    • Continue to grow customer relationship
    • Team engagement and development
    Strong functional knowledge in Operations and Maintenance best industry practices, planning, organizing, coordinating, executing and controlling the wind farm activities, productivity improvements, operational excellence in outage management. Strong leadership skills, ability to embrace and adapt to change and influence others.
    Qualifications/Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field services or equivalent managerial role in the energy industry (preferred)
    Desired Characteristics
    • Additional Technical Certification in Wind Energy or Electrical/Electronic field
    • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Ability, willingness, and adaptability to take initiative and work without direct supervision
    • Advanced computer skills utilizing word and spreadsheet processing, e-mail programs, facility control and management systems, and computer diagnostic and troubleshooting tools
    • Wind turbine or energy industry experience
    • Advanced electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic experience, including use of hydraulic power tools
    • Experience with heavy equipment required for facility maintenance with a working knowledge of crane and rigging requirements
    • Comprehensive writing skills to meet contractual reporting obligations, as required
    • Ability to work with a wide variety of personnel at all levels inside and outside of the Wind Farm
    • Willingness to travel across North America

    Title Hub Manager - Travel - North America

    Role Summary/Purpose

    The Traveling Hub Manager reports to the Service Director at the direction of Senior Resource Manager, and is a strategic role based at site(s) and accountable for building long term relationships with customers, driving optimized operations, fiscal management, and site safety. Overall scope includes leading a hub team, managing daily hub operations, turbine output, as well as exemplify excellence in leadership, safety, quality control, and financial oversight. The Site Manager partners closely with the customer and ensures alignment with GE operational excellence.

    The salary range for this position is $104,200 - $173,600 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for variable incentive compensation (15%). This position is expected to close on July 19, 2024.
