The Change Management team within the Strategy and Operations organization exists to operationalize processes, systems, tools, and business priorities by driving change management and coordinating landing efforts. Our team maintains a strategic outlook to understand the totality of planned changes that will collectively impact customer and partner-facing roles, while delivering to ensure that individual changes are effectively landed to field sellers. We enable field roles to easily consume and adopt change. We are also a center of excellence for the Change Manager community within Google Cloud.
As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a change landing strategy and plan with the goal of maximizing field adoption of strategic changes within Google Cloud. You will have to create a change management strategy and landing plan.

Responsibilities
Support and engage executive leaders to provide active, visible, and coordinated sponsorship.
Support the design and development of key messages documents and ensure communications lead has input to draft and deliver communications.
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. Evaluate and ensure field readiness.
Create a change impact assessment that addresses systems, process, and job role impact.
Define success measures, track and report adoption, and monitor change progress.
