    Position summary

    provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

    As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will educate new customers, help solve problems, drive strategy and ensure the smooth adoption of our products. Throughout our customer lifecycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first step in that process.

    Responsibilities

    • Own and manage customer relationships from creating their first campaigns through successful implementation for a customers first six months using Google ads.
    • Help the customer define their needs and manage their timeline toward seeing value.
    • Be a Google ads expert and educate on our products and measurement solutions.
    • Respond to customer emails and calls regarding implementation.
    • Successfully transfer our customer relationships to long-term customer account managers after onboarding.
