Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of managers and teams within data center operations.
• Work together to identify and resolve problems and create solutions for our global computing and network architecture.
• Lead site level initiatives and manage escalations and manage the implementation of projects within the team.
• Hire, coach and develop a team while achieving business goals and ensure data center-related priorities are consistent with company objectives.
• Demonstrate the ability to implement and drive the safety culture at the site, while fostering an inclusive, diverse and collaborative team environment and engage in community relations.
