    As a Partner Engineer, you will work with Partner Development Managers to grow and support the Google Cloud partner ecosystem. You will understand the technical capabilities of partners and will recommend the right partner and solutions to customers. In this role, you will lead the effort to enable partners across technologies and solutions.

    You will contribute to customer adoption of Google Cloud by supporting partners as they illustrate how Google Cloud services can help customers innovate, bring their services to market faster, differentiate against the competition, and create new business growth streams. You will help partners succeed in the proof of concept, migration, and deployment phases.

    Responsibilities

    • Enable System Integrator (SI) partners' and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) technical teams' skills, capabilities, and capacity through prototyping and demonstrating product integrations and guiding customers through assessments of their existing legacy application environments.
    • Work with Partner Managers to identify and recruit partners in the market and monitor partner delivery capabilities.
    • Onboard ISV partners to the Marketplace and empower SI partners to drive pilot, proof of concept, or production workloads, and create partner technical development plans aligned to annual planning.
    • Collaborate with ISV/SI partners to develop solution documentation, joint technical articles, webinars, whitepapers, and demos, and build solution-focused technical assets.
    • Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution on Google Cloud.
