Responsibilities
Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change, shaping and executing comprehensive people plans.
Manage clear communication of people strategies and implement organizational changes to achieve desired business goals.
Translate company-wideObjectives and Key Results(OKR) into actionable plans tailored to the specific needs of the Cloud technology business, providing feedback to identify potential gaps.
Identify talent gaps, organizational shortcomings, and people needs that could hinder business strategy execution; use this analysis to guide resourcing and development initiatives.
Support the selection and development of talent, and actively drive organizational health improvements through trend monitoring, cultural analysis, and promotion of a diverse, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
