    Position summary

    In this role, you will define go-to-market, design compensation plans, calculate and assign quota and coverage. You will create a positive experience between our business team and business compensation. You will do this through ensuring our systems serve our sellers needs, and our processes are set up to identify errors that impact seller payout. You will be accountable for debugging and identifying one-off payout issues impacting numbers of sellers, as well as making all manual payout adjustments in our business compensation tools.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee system approvals for compensation metrics and system User Acceptance Testing.
    • Identify and debug any system or process errors that impact seller payouts and submit adjustments for payouts manually when errors occur.
    • Develop and implement business compensation programs and data strategy solutions that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
    • Review and sign-off on system business requirement documents.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business compensation programs.
