IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:
A computer science degree, or a business degree with a genuine interest in technology
A minimum of one year of experience with software development / coding / programming concepts or process/workflow design
The ability to learn quickly and progress rapidly through automation tool training with a desire to take on more responsibility
Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team
Strong analytical skills and the ability to improvise & apply automation solutions to business processes
Business acumen and solid understanding of direct business line preferred
Strong learning agility; ability to pick up multiple automation tools/processes.
Experience in object-oriented programming and agile methodology
Awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and software automation
Good understanding of various automation components and features
Formal training on RPA tools (Power Automate Desktop, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
