"The company's own statistics show that far more women work in lower positions than men. Upper and middle management is full of men. The company hires from outside very often and there are few to no opportunities for advancement. "

"Excellent culture The Company really instills its CARE values of collaboration, accountability to each other and self, respecting each other, and empowering you to drive your career. High expectations and significant projects/deadlines can mean longer hours sometimes, but generally good work/life balance"

"In general, not bad to work here. I felt OK working here. But, personally It was hard to find good work-life balance. That's why I quit."
