KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:
Bachelor's degree required
7-10 years of experience in data governance and strategy
Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point
Advanced project management experience across various business units
Demonstrated ability to work independently and to build out new functions, skills, and process
Proven Ability to work collaboratively across functions and build consensus.
Ability to manage a team through influence
Experience presenting and communicating at a senior level
Knowledge of insurance industry
Exhibits the core values (integrity, commitment to winning, accountability for results, teamwork and collaboration) critical to success of the organization.
