    Position summary

    nd Infrastructure/Platform support all in support of our business partners.

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

    • Lead a team of 5-8 technical subject matter experts in support of application development, data analytics, Claims Processing and infrastructure support
    • Manage service provider relationships in support of delivery
    • Interface with key business stakeholders to address issues and critical business needs to ensure the support needed to manage and grow their business
    • Recruit, train and develop critical technical team members and represent the team within the larger HTG environment
    • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies across the Hanover Programs IT landscape
    • Align with peers in the larger HTG organization, in particular within the HTG Specialty organization, to deliver a unified customer experience e to the line of business

    WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:

    • 7+ years of related experience in a P&C technology IT delivery organization

    • Bachelors in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

    • Ability to deal equally well with Business stakeholders and Technical teams to drive positive outcomes

    • Experience leading technical delivery teams in one or more of the following areas: infrastructure (Network, firewall, SQL server, VMware), app development, data analytics

    • Promotes teamwork, cooperation, respect, creativity, recognition, and provides ongoing coaching to employees.

    • Strategic and insightful thinking, with good judgment and an intuitive sense of where to look for opportunities to support the business.

    • Decisive, but open-minded, innovative, and entrepreneurial thinker.

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as presenting business outcomes to technical teams.
