What your day-to-day will look like:
Effectively managing the high volume of product and sales-related queries from our inbound channels (around 40 per day)
Identify and provide best next steps or resources to assist customers and users
Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects for HubSpot's sales process via phone and live chat (8-10 calls per day)
Schedule discovery calls for an assigned Account Executive (3-5 bookings per day)
Closing deals with small companies for starter and add-on products
Collaborate cross-functionally within the ISC team to improve experience for HubSpotters and HubSpot customers
