"I’ve been working at HubSpot for 6 years and I love that internal mobility is something that leaders support. I switched from a regional team to a global team and managers on both teams were supportive and enabled me to take the next step in my career.
The flexibility is something I really value and enjoy on a daily basis, especially as I work with colleagues across time zones. "

"At HubSpot you're not treated differently for being a woman, a caregiver, or somebody with a life outside of work. It's the norm to see women in leadership positions throughout the business, and this creates an inclusive and flexible culture. "
