    Your Role:

    As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll be a trusted advisor, guiding mid-market businesses through their digital transformation journey. You'll leverage your SaaS expertise to:

    • Develop New Business: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through varied sales strategies.

    • Consultative Engagement: Understand customer needs, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and position HubSpot as the ideal solution.

    • Executive Level Interaction: Conduct strategic qualification calls and presentations to senior-level executives and department leaders.

    • Pipeline Management: Accurately track and manage your monthly and annual sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed targets.

    • Collaborative Success: Partner with internal teams (marketing, technology) to refine strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Proven SaaS Success: 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, targeting businesses with up to 500 employees.

    • Strategic Sales Skills: Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and implementing effective sales methodologies.

    • Confident Communication: Ability to present and interact effectively with senior-level decision-makers.

    • Results Focused: A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
