    Position summary

    ls, quotes, invoices, subscriptions and payment processing on one platform, uncover revenue insights with a complete view of the customer, and use automation to save time and resources. The Commerce Growth team in particular is focused on driving activation of all Commerce Hub tools through metrics-driven experimentation.

    We're searching for an experienced, thoughtful design leader with direct experience practicing product-focused growth, as well as sales-led and sales-assisted motions, and is comfortable translating GTM strategies into effective user experiences across the top of the funnel. If you can articulate your approach to design strategy and how experience vision informs both short and long term growth product strategies, then we'd love to chat with you. We're looking for a strong design leader who is committed to coaching craft, building diverse and informed teams, and knows how to inspire and motivate high-caliber design talent. We value leaders who embody empathy and curiosity, and who have a track record of building influence in a large, dynamic organization.

    We're looking for someone who is an experienced design leader skilled in product-focused growth and translating strategies into user experiences. You should be skilled at:

    • Partnering with product and engineering leaders to establish goals and strategies
    • Guiding designers to impact customer and business needs
    • Balance speed, quality, and consistency in design, especially for growth and experimentation
    • Provide and encourage constructive design feedback and foster team collaboration
    • Develop product design strategies and communicate them effectively to drive results

    Cash compensation range: 200000-320000 USD Annually

    The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
