We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Developer - Oracle eBS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite, system administration across UNIX/Linux and Windows platforms, and Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 or higher). This role includes a short-term onsite assignment in Japan, offering valuable cross-cultural experience and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite (eBS) applications based on business requirements

• Perform system configuration, patching, and troubleshooting across UNIX/Linux and Windows environments

• Collaborate with Japanese stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

• Participate in system testing, documentation, and deployment activities

• Provide post-deployment support and issue resolution

• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards

• Adapt quickly to Japanese work culture and contribute effectively during the onsite assignment

Required education

Associate's Degree/College Diploma

Preferred education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• JLPT N3 or higher Japanese language proficiency (verbal and written communication)

• Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (eBS) development and support

• Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems

• Willingness and flexibility to relocate to Japan for a short-term assignment (6 months to 2 years)

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Preferred technical and professional experience

• JLPT N2 or native-level Japanese proficiency

• Prior experience working with Japanese clients or in Japan

• Familiarity with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports

• Experience in global delivery models and multicultural environments
