In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.

You'll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, ensuring the applications delivered are high performing, highly available, responsive, and maintainable.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Analytical Problem-Solving and Solution Enhancement: Analyze, validate and propose improvements to existing failures, with the support of the architect and technical leader.

• Comprehensive Engagement Across Process Phases: Involvement in every step of the process, from design, development, testing release changes and troubleshoot where necessary, providing a great customer service.

• Strategic Stakeholder Engagement and Innovative Coding Solutions: Drive key discussions with your stakeholders and analyze the current landscape for opportunities to operate and code creative solutions.

• Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, de Produção, Automação, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas.

• Pós-graduação ou certificações em confiabilidade, manutenção preditiva e análise de dados são diferenciais.

• Atuação na indústria de mineração (Mina, Usina, Portos e Ferrovia).

• Experiência em gestão e confiabilidade de ativos, com foco em manutenção preditiva.

• Análise de eventos e problemas para melhoria da confiabilidade operacional.

• Liderança de iniciativas de melhoria contínua e inovação em manutenção e confiabilidade.

• Manutenção preditiva: análise de vibração, análise de óleo e diagnóstico de falhas.

• Planejamento estratégico: estruturação e condução de iniciativas de confiabilidade.

• Modelagem e análise de dados: escolha, validação e uso de dados para modelos de confiabilidade.

• Provas de Conceito (PoC): desenvolvimento de PoCs em parceria com consultorias especializadas, incluindo vídeo analytics.

• Ferramentas e softwares: SAP PM, Power BI, Python e ferramentas de Machine Learning para análise preditiva.

• Normas e regulamentações: conhecimento em ISO 55000 e outras normas relacionadas à gestão de ativos.

• Capacidade de traduzir necessidades operacionais em soluções técnicas e estratégicas.

• Habilidades analíticas para tomada de decisão baseada em dados.

• Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.

• Proatividade e visão estratégica para melhorias e inovação.
