Your Role and Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years of Manhattan Warehouse Management (Manhattan WMS SCPP version) experience is a must.

• Experience on Manhattan WMS SCPP v2018 & Manhattan ActiveWM is a plus.

• Strong knowledge on UNIX.

• Hands on experience and strong knowledge of PL/SQL and query writing skills.

• Manhattan WMS Level2 Production support skills for efficient handling of Incidents, troubleshooting and providing workarounds for the incidents.

• Proactively communicate with customers, operations and relevant stakeholders. Communicate major issues to various stakeholders and prioritize escalations.

• Familiarity with industry consulting practices, methodologies and tools.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management

• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
