• Maintain and build a good partnership with Adobe.
• Business planning to expand the Adobe delivery workforce.
• The following tasks related to digital marketing projects with a focus on Adobe solutions.
• Strategic planning/concept development.
• Organizational and operational reform.
• System development support.
• Change management support.
• Implementation support.
• Project management support, etc.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
*Business-level Japanese (N1) is required for this position.

• Experience in Saas marketing solutions business such as Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.
• Ability to think logically.
• Communication skills in English (intermediate or above).
• Leadership skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Pre-sales experience in digital marketing solutions

• Partner sales experience with solution vendors

• TOEIC 730 equivalent

• Able to read English e-mails and documents. Higher English proficiency will increase opportunities for activities.

• Japanese language skills at a business level or above are required.
