Your Role and Responsibilities
*This position is for IBM Japan Digital Services, Ltd. (IJDS).
You will be responsible for planning, development, operation, and maintenance of systems for customers implementing Salesforce. Although some of the work will be for companies which have already implemented Salesforce, you will mainly be responsible for delivery to customers who are newly implementing Salesforce.
You will listen to the customer's requirements, and based on your knowledge and experience with Salesforce, you will work with the customer to determine how to implement the system with Salesforce. You will be in charge of upstream processes such as customer negotiation and requirement definition and implement them while utilizing offshore resources.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Planning of improvement themes
Requirement definition
Design/development/testing
Release support
Failure response (root cause investigation and formulation of response policy), etc.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese with clients and project members
Experience in Salesforce implementation, development, operation and maintenance
