Your role and responsibilities

The student will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in both strategic and operational activities, working in the following areas:

• Incentives Execution: provide direct support to sales managers in tracking and executing incentive programs, ensuring all commission-related processes are carried out accurately and within the established timelines.
• Finance: collaborate with Business Units to ensure proper accounting of commission-related expenses, contributing to the accuracy of the area's financial results.
• System Operations (Sys Ops): work closely with the CIO team and analysts to ensure the proper functioning of systems used by the Sales organization, helping identify and resolve potential issues, as well as suggesting improvements when needed.

Desired knowledge: intermediate/advanced Excel, financial logic, basic knowledge on automation and tools, Artificial intelligence

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related areas
Desired knowledge: expense control and analysis, basic accounting principles, advanced Excel, basic knowledge on automation and tools, Artificial intelligence

Profile: System Operations (Sys Ops)

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
