    Your Role and Responsibilities
    The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing, JLPT N1 level)

    IBM Staff Operations Japan (ISOC), a group company of the global IT company IBM, is seeking a BPO team leader position.

    This position is responsible for BPO projects related to [Human Resources] for a major client company.

    Specifically, the position will be responsible for the following
    Salary and bonus calculation, attendance management, social insurance, commuting expense calculation, retirement allowance calculation, inhabitant tax, year-end adjustment

    In addition to some of the above tasks, you will also be entrusted with the following leadership duties

    • Management of operational issues

    • Quality and deadline management

    • Presentation of business improvement plans, implementation and promotion of improvement activities

    • Management of operational procedures, etc.

    • Monitoring of operational status

    • Preparation of reports for clients and internal use

    • Management and training of team members

    Assumed annual income range ; Approx. 3.5 to 5 million yen

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing, JLPT N1 level)
    *Japanese CV is required.

    • Ability to analyze situations and consider countermeasures/solutions to improve operational efficiency and solve problems.

    • Team management skills (e.g., managing team members' work proficiency and utilization status)

    • Management experience (e.g., BPO, call center supervisor experience)

    • Experience in human resource management

    • Document preparation skills (e.g., performance management, report writing)

    • Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel entry and spreadsheets, Word entry, Outlook email creation)

    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

    • At least 5 years of experience in human resources
    • Excel function usage (SUM/COUNT/VLOOKUP)
    • Experience using COMPANY, a core HR system
