    Position summary

    ecome part of an exciting, dynamic and multicultural / multijurisdictional team of lawyers based in Dublin which provides support to IBM's business in close cooperation with the local legal teams in various EMEA countries.

    Your responsibilities:

    • General legal agreement reviews and negotiation including confidentiality agreements, procurement etc.

    • Transactional and contractual support to commercial agreements

    • General legal queries across a variety of topics pertinent to IBM business

    • Regulatory and anti-corruption compliance support worldwide.

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    • Law degree preferably related to UK or Ireland law

    • Some legal experience in private practice or in-house

    • Strong written and oral communication and time management skills

    • Strong team player and fast learner

    • Open minded and passionate to work in a truly international environment

    • A good sense of humour is a plus
