Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect

Primary responsibilities include:

• Oversee the end-to-end design, configuration and implementation of the Oracle ERP Cloud solution.

• Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of Oracle Cloud applications

• Analyze business process workflows and present solution possibilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud ERP developments and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud ERP.

• Document specifications and provide training to end-users.

• Provide effective concise, timely, and consistent verbal and written communications to peers, customers, and management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Oracle ERP Cloud certification and relevant Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials across multiple modules

• Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud ERP Architect or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain).

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementation methodologies (e.g., OUM, AIM).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• 5 years' experience in completing two deployments of a full lifecycle of the Oracle ERP Cloud suite.

• 5 years' experience of relevant Financial business and industry experience

• Experience leading integrated client and consultant teams

• Experience leading Oracle Cloud business process design/configuration/enhancement workshops

• Fluent in English (French fluent, if in Quebec)
