Your role and responsibilities

Provide Oracle HCM application support in the Custom Apps arena.

Gain the trust of the client, project team members and leadership team to ensure a successful task delivery.

Gather and define business requirements.

Gather and interpret business requirements to appropriate configurations of the Core HR module and any corresponding modules/applications. Lead the testing events associated with the project delivery cycle.

Stay abreast of leading industry trends and Oracle features to give the clients the best solutions for their needs.

Ability to develop a good understanding of key integrations associated with Core HR.

Ability to travel during the most critical phases of the project, if requested.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required education

Doctorate Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Specialization in Business or HR Management.

Completion of 1 full lifecycle implementation in Core HR and/or experience in Managed Services Support for Oracle HCM.

Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Global HR and/or other HCM Cloud modules a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels within the business.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
