    Experiencias de trabajo a las que podrías estar expuesto/a:

    • Colaborar con el scrum team para apoyar las necesidades de contratación en distintas áreas del negocio, desempeñando un rol fundamental en el cumplimiento de las posiciones a cubrir.

    • Trabajar en conjunto con los grupos clientes asignados, diseñando estrategias creativas de sourcing para atraer talentos de alto nivel.

    • Gestionar el proceso de contratación desde el inicio de la búsqueda hasta la aceptación de la oferta.

    • Analizar información y métricas para influir en la toma de decisiones, con un fuerte enfoque en el uso de datos.

    • Colaborar estrechamente con colegas locales de Talent Acquisition, tales como Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Managers (TAM) y Regional Talent Acquisition Leaders (RTAL), con el objetivo de apoyar, impulsar y habilitar la transformación del servicio.

    Required technical and professional expertise

    • Interés genuino en adquirir experiencia como sourcer en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo acelerado.

    • Interés en aprender y utilizar técnicas y herramientas de sourcing (por ejemplo, LinkedIn Recruiter, búsquedas booleanas, GitHub).

    • Sólidas habilidades de networking y construcción de relaciones.

    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interacción interpersonal.

    • Capacidad para priorizar tareas y administrar el tiempo de manera efectiva.

    • Orientación al detalle y compromiso con la entrega de resultados de alta calidad.

    • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.

    • Inglés fluido (oral y escrito) es indispensable.
