**Key Responsibilities:
1.** Solution Design and Implementation:
Lead workshops to gather business requirements and design SAP solutions in PM, IM, PS, and PPM.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Configure and customize SAP PM and related modules to align with business requirements.
2. Integration and Cross-Module Expertise:
Ensure seamless integration of PM with IM, PS, and PPM for effective asset and investment management.
Collaborate with other SAP module experts (e.g., FI/CO, MM) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
3. Project Leadership:
Provide technical and functional leadership during SAP implementation or upgrade projects.
Mentor and guide junior consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.
4. Process Optimization:
Analyze existing business processes in the utilities sector and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP best practices.
Optimize maintenance strategies, investment planning, and project portfolio management processes.
5. Client Engagement:
Build strong relationships with utility sector clients, understanding their unique challenges.
Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and identify areas for enhancement.
6. Documentation and Training:
Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including functional specs, test scripts, and user manuals.
Deliver training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
8+ years of SAP consulting experience, with at least 5 years in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
Demonstrated experience in the utilities sector is required.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP Investment Management (IM), Project Systems (PS), and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization in PM and related modules.
Understanding of integration points with FI/CO, MM, and other SAP modules.
Familiarity with S/4HANA and SAP Activate methodology is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead project streams independently
