    Position summary

    • **Program & Stakeholder Management:
      **Oversee end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, enhancements, and upgrades. Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business leadership to translate strategic goals into system capabilities.

    • Team Leadership & Development:
      Manage and mentor a team of analysts and system specialists. Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the HRIS team.

    • Governance & Compliance:
      Establish best practices for system governance, data integrity, documentation, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

    • Change Management & Training:
      Lead change management initiatives and training strategies to ensure successful adoption of system updates and new functionalities.

    Required education

    Bachelor's Degree

    Required technical and professional expertise

    • Strategic HR Process Design:
      Lead the analysis and redesign of HR processes across core areas such as employee lifecycle management, performance management, and total rewards-leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to drive operational excellence.

    • SAP SuccessFactors Leadership:
      Provide deep functional expertise across modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation). Drive adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement within the platform.

    • **Program & Stakeholder Management:
