Your role and responsibilities

You will serve as a trusted partner, co-creating new value with clients and driving both digital and business transformation together. In this role, you will oversee IT projects, leading progress management, resource allocation, and issue resolution. You will ensure seamless communication with clients, guiding projects from requirements definition through to implementation. Leveraging the latest technologies, you will support the team with a strong focus on quality and deadlines, contributing to the success of the project.
You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and ensure stable operations, particularly for clients in the Insurance Industry.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Realizing Digital Transformation: You will drive clients' digital transformation by delivering IT solutions that foster innovation in their business. From requirements definition to design, development, maintenance, and operations, you will collaborate across various project phases to ensure successful outcomes.
Defining Technical Direction and Solution Design: By analyzing client challenges from both business and IT perspectives, you will determine technical requirements and design optimal solutions. Leveraging the latest technologies and industry trends, you will formulate strategies to address technical issues and ensure alignment with business goals.
Project Leadership and Management: You will take ownership of the project lifecycle, managing resources, schedules, and budgets to drive projects toward their objectives. By maximizing team performance and quickly resolving any issues, you will ensure the project remains on track and achieves its intended outcomes.

Required education

Preferred education

Required technical and professional expertise

Experience leading large-scale projects for the Insurance Industry at IT vendors, SIers, consulting firms, or insurance companies.

Experience as a Engineer in system integration development, package software development, or system architecture for the Insurance Industry.

Experience managing the upstream phases of system development, including the requirements definition stage.

Japanese (Fluent, JLPT N1)

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience as a Project Manager (PM) in applying project management frameworks such as those defined by PMP.

Development experience utilizing cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud) or container technologies.
