the technical architecture and development of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce implementations for retail clients.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other technical team members to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce, including eCommerce functionalities, order management, inventory management, and customer engagement.
Conduct technical feasibility studies, proof of concepts, and propose optimal solutions based on business requirements and Microsoft's best practices.
Ensure the quality of technical deliverables and provide technical reviews throughout the project.
Mentor junior team members, share knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's technical skills.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and updates in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions and processes.
Actively participate in project estimations and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
Manage relationships with Microsoft and other third-party vendors to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Ensure successful deployment, configuration, and customization of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce solutions.
Design, develop, and implement customizations and integrations for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce, aligning with retail business processes.

Required technical and professional expertise
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree would be an asset.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce development and architecture roles.
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce, with a specific focus on retail functionalities.
Proven track record in leading complex Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Commerce are highly desirable.
