Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Application Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that align with business and IT strategies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform and experience architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing applications across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and/or other ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and design the overall architecture of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements
Translate business needs into scalable technical designs using ServiceNow best practices
Lead application architecture reviews and provide guidance on configuration vs. customization
Serve as the technical authority on ServiceNow integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, MID Servers, etc.)
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and platform administrators
Ensure ServiceNow solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and governance
Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, roadmaps, and release cycles
Guide development teams in building workflows, business rules, UI policies, and custom applications
Participate in client or stakeholder workshops to define solution scope and architecture
Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications and integrations

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
6+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform implementation and architecture
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or CSM
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Certified Implementation Specialist preferred
Experience designing solutions within large enterprise environments
Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred technical and professional experience
Experience with Domain Separation and multi-instance architecture
Knowledge of CMDB design and data modeling
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government)

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
