    Position summary

    nal and external inquiries with QA Collaborate closely with global product development teams to quickly and accurately restore operations and support the continued success of customers' businesses.

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    • Fluency in Japanese and English (Please provide your CV in Japanese with your application)

    • Working in IBM office 3days per week

    • Knowledge for IT hardware or network

    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

    • Maintenance support experience (product agnostic)
    • A strong desire to learn and implement new technologies
    • Linux certifications (LPIC, etc.)
