As an IBM.com Web Analyst you will analyze website data, extract insights, and providing actionable recommendations to improve the web experience.
Responsibilities:
This is a Hybrid role; attendance at the office is currently required only 3 times per week.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience working with Adobe Analytics (formerly Adobe SiteCatalyst) and other web analytics tools like Google Analytics, heat maps and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
Experience creating custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Dynamic Tag Management, Google Tag Manager, Tealium) and channel attribution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluent English.
