In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Active Sourcing unterstützt du unser Recruiting-Team bei der proaktiven Suche und Ansprache hochqualifizierter Talente für unsere IT- und Consulting-Projekte. Du wirst aktiv im Netzwerk unterwegs sein, um Entwickler:innen, Architekten und Spezialist:innen für Technologien wie Java, SAP und Cloud-Lösungen zu gewinnen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die Recherche in Social-Media-Kanälen, Jobportalen und Fachforen, die Erstellung personalisierter Ansprachen. In einem agilen Umfeld lernst du, wie man Talente begeistert und den Recruiting-Prozess optimiert - perfekt für Studierende mit Interesse an HR, IT und Networking.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Recherche und Identifikation potenzieller Kandidat:innen über Plattformen wie LinkedIn, GitHub und Branchenforen
• Erstellung und Versand individueller Ansprache-Nachrichten
• Unterstützung bei der Qualifikation von Bewerber:innen durch erste Telefonate oder Screening-Gespräche
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruitingteam und internen Stakeholdern und Hiring Managern zu Stellenprofilen

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Du bist immatrikuliert/e an einer deutschen Hochschule (z. B. B.Sc./M.Sc. in Wirtschaftsinformatik, HR-Management, Psychologie oder verwandten Fächern)
• Sichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift
• Affinität zu IT-Themen und digitalen Tools (z. B. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean-Suche)
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Empathie und ein gutes Gespür für Networking
• Hohe Lernbereitschaft, strukturiertes Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
