Job Description

Primary Function of Position: Help manage global tax operations, compliance, transfer pricing, and tax provision. Aid in transforming tax function to handle growth, including technology adoption and process simplification. Effective use of data and technology is crucial.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for U.S. international tax filings: forms 5471, 8858, 1118, and other forms and disclosures as required
• Responsible for Subpart F, GILTI, FDII and BEAT calculations
• Responsible for country-by-country reports and transfer pricing compliance
• Work with finance teams to manage intercompany transactions. Ensure consistency in transfer pricing across Intuitive's operations.
• Support implementing, monitoring and maintaining global transfer pricing policies
• Collaborate with FP&A in preparation of legal entity forecast process
• Assist in economic and financial investigation on transfer pricing aspects of business expansion and M&A
• Assist International Tax Planning & Tax Controversy teams in various projects and requests
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies within the tax operations function

Qualifications

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in international tax compliance, tax provision, and transfer pricing is required. Preferably, this experience should come from both an accounting firm and a large corporation with multinational entities and significant cross-border transactions.
• Bachelor's degree required. Master's in taxation is preferred
• Excellent data management skills, including exceptional Excel, SAP and Tableau skills. Alteryx, and other tax technology skills highly encouraged.
• Experience in a high-growth, international environment required
• Ability to develop and sustain relationships internally and cross-functionally

• Exceptional professional verbal and written communication skills
