"Some people are really great, inclusive, and collaborative. Others not so much, even on teams that seem inclusive and diverse at first. The women at the org try to improve things and provide support, but it is not enough. The company is all talk and little to no action when it comes to improving workplace culture for women. Unfortunately, I feel like I am not heard when I raise concerns about sexist behavior within our own team - our boss seems very dismissive and defensive of his favorite male worker. I have experienced constant minor slights on the team from being interrupted and ignored to having ideas stolen. The more it happens the more it wears on my confidence. It is worse in other engineering teams, however, they are often very dismissive of me, many don't view me as the technical person (I am), defer to the males on my team, etc. I would be very cautious about working as an engineer or scientist here. I feel completely defeated working here after experiencing this for so long. It's a shame because I really enjoy the actual work and the mission. "

"Make sure you thoroughly interview your hiring manager and learn their commitment to inclusion. If hired, get in with the women's ERGs, you'll find community, support, and incredible women there. "

"The company culture is very important. Everyone works hard toward the same goals. The culture is respectful and professional. Leadership has a vested interest in attracting, retaining and promoting more women especially into leadership roles. There are additional benefits for working mothers, like the Milk Stork. If you have to travel for work while you're breastfeeding, this free delivery system will ship your breast milk home to your child."

"Fantastic technology. Very dynamic environment. Fast paced. You need to learn on your own regarding policies and internal resources."
