This role may be performed remotely or from any Jack Henry office. Compensation is $25.00/hour for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

What You'll Be Responsible For**

• Conduct research across Digital teams to understand business goals, system models, and customer needs, translating insights into compelling messaging that supports revenue-generating product offerings.

• Contribute to naming, pricing, and positioning for new products and feature enhancements to ensure alignment with Jack Henry's broader portfolio.

• Advance our product narrative by clearly communicating feature value and the benefits of new releases to customers.

• Build strong relationships with internal and customer-facing teams to support a seamless customer experience.

• Develop trusted advisory partnerships with strategically selected customers and coordinate cross-functional support to drive customer success.

• Assist sales teams by providing timely answers and resources for product-related inquiries.

• Support documentation efforts, including platform performance updates, product insights and comparisons, and strategic storytelling materials.

What You'll Need to Have**

• Background in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or product-led growth, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consult, present, and collaborate effectively.

• Experience working across teams and contributing to shared goals in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to self-start, self-serve, and work independently in a remote setting.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
