"Jack Henry is a great mid-size organization with strong, 'do the right thing' beliefs from the top down throughout the organization. Like any larger company, you will find pockets of better and less better teams and jobs from a flexibility and culture standpoint. However, overall management and peers value family, balance and are very supportive of maintaining a healthy work environment for all. I expect this will just continue to improve as they grow. "

"They have increased maternity leave several times over the past few years. While the paid leave maternal is currently at 10, the amount of PTO that can be added to supplement is great and still leaves associates with enough time. "

"Amazing place to work. Many opportunities for advancement. People development is the focus. Great benefits and supportive policies. I feel that I am fairly compensated and my manager works with me. I have grown in my career here and the company has supported that growth with education and mentoring. Lots of opportunities to have your voice heard. My biggest concern is upper management is mostly white and male. The company is actively working to diversify its management team and progress is being made.
