Location: Springfield, MO or Monett, MO
Pay: $25.00/hour

What you'll be responsible for:

• Gain a solid understanding of basic project management concepts, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and terminology.

• Support the planning process by helping create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.

• Help in preparing and maintaining project documentation including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

• Actively engage in project team meetings to understand team dynamics and project progress.

• Learn to monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and issues.

What you'll need to have:

• Enrolled at an accredited university.

• Pursuing a Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, CIS, Marketing degree with a graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week throughout the duration of the internship program (June 2- August 8, 2025).

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship from Jack Henry.

What would be nice for you to have:

• Ability to self-direct, lead projects, interact and build relationships across the organization at different levels of seniority.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to listen, analyze, evaluate, and form independent judgments when planning work.

• General understanding of business operations, IT operations, and/or financial operations.
