    Position summary

    This is a remote position, and candidates can be located throughout the U.S.

    What you'll be responsible for:

    • Lead and mentor a large, cross-functional team of instructional designers, content developers, and quality specialists.

    • Oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals, learner needs, and quality standards.

    • Apply performance analysis frameworks to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, motivation, and environmental factors.

    • Utilize educational technology models such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and the Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model (LTEM) to guide content strategy and evaluation.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define learning objectives, success metrics, and evaluation strategies.

    • Partner with technical documentation and education delivery teams to implement and maintain robust content quality control processes.

    • Leverage data and feedback to measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

    • Resolve team and cross-functional conflicts with empathy and professionalism, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

    • Promote a learner-centric approach by adapting instructional models to real-world environments and business constraints.

    • Optimize the use of the Docebo Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver and track learning experiences.

    • May support external education initiatives, including user conferences and client-facing sessions.

    • May perform other duties as assigned.

    What you'll need to have:

    • Bachelor's degree.

    • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience within learning, content development, or performance improvement.

    • Significant formal leadership experience required.

    • 15% travel required.

    What would be nice for you to have:

    • Proven experience managing large teams in a learning, content development, or performance improvement environment.

    • Strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and educational technology.

    • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.

    • Experience providing training as an individual contributor and leading content development initiatives.

    • Proficiency in applying continuous improvement methodologies to learning programs.

    • Excellent communication, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.

    • Familiarity with learning evaluation methods and tools.

    • Ability to influence and collaborate across departments and leadership levels.
