Job responsibilities
Provides general support on key departmental day-to-day tasks such as document management, team governance, data maintenance and reporting
Participates in projects from starting point up to completion and provides support to tasks relating to process documentation, automation, and simplification
Assists in coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining databases
Supports day-to-day data governance, compliance, and regulatory programs
Collaborates with and supports other team members, including working with international teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Enrolled in an educational program in Luxembourg during the entire duration of the program
Fluency in English
Wiliness and appetite to develop professional skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Good communicator
Ability to work to a deliverable timeline
Able to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated interest in Business Administration, Law, Governance, Compliance, Client Service, Risk Management, Investment Management, Fund Servicing, Know-Your-Customer and Anti-Money Laundering, Business Transformation or similar
Knowledge of of French and Dutch
