"JPMorgan is a great place to grow your career; however, if you have a shift in responsibilities such as motherhood it make cause conflict with your schedule due to lack of consistent flexibility "

"Build up a network of allies, both male and female who can vouch for your hardwork, attitude and all other positive, value adding traits that you bring to the table. Without that here, you can work hard but remain unseen and subsequently miss out on promotions , pay increases and leadership opportunities"
