Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
Experience in Agile development, with a track record of success in leading and managing agile teams
Proven leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Good analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and a deep understanding of their principles and practices
Practices continuous improvement and a commitment to fostering a culture of learning and innovation
