Develop a keen understanding of business needs.
Secure a strong understanding of the processes and responsibilities of all program participants.
Support overall project delivery by embedding in workstreams, assisting with interdependencies, driving solutions, and escalating issues to ensure completion.
Produce project materials at all stages of the project lifecycle.
Coordinate the review and sign-off of project materials and deliverables with stakeholders.
Provide support for the creation of project and program communication materials.
Manage timely execution of the project plan and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify, address, and resolve risks and issues impacting projects.
Handle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basis.
Demonstrate strong performance, flexibility, independence, and the ability to build strong partnerships, escalate appropriately, and offer tactical or strategic solutions to issues encountered.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Project management experience, ideally with exposure to project management teams and their methodologies
Relevant financial industry or digital tooling experience
Strong analytical background with excellent problem-solving skills
Strong PowerPoint skills, able to create impactful slides quickly
Proven ability to support the management and delivery of complex projects
Takes responsibility for issues and follows through to resolution
Self-starter, proactive in taking initiative to improve business processes
Ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Resilient team player with a strong work ethic and a creative, can-do attitude
Flexible and adaptable, able to work with globally dispersed teams and stakeholders and deliver results quickly
