Asset Management - High Yield Research Analyst - Associate

evaluating new investment opportunities, ongoing oversight of current and prospective portfolio investments, presenting and debating investment ideas and responding to a variety of client requests. While you will spend much of your time working within the research team, you will also interact with and gain an understanding of portfolio management and trading functions.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask

• Strong initiative, energy and confidence

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Genuine interest in financial markets and investing

• Good judgment and discretion working with highly confidential information

• Attend college/university in the U.S.

• Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Have interest in and/or are pursuing a CFA charter

• Background in financial accounting, financial analysis or mathematics a plus
