Ensure schedule visibility by posting updates on shared sites like Confluence and Frontpage.
Manage email creation and distribution using tools such as Workfront and Nexus.
Communicate approval statuses and provide updates to stakeholders.
Identify and implement best practices for executing marketing projects.
Build relationships with partners across the marketing organization.
Apply risk and control measures to mitigate potential risks in marketing processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in asset management or financial services marketing.
Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate with outstanding written and verbal skills, including proofreading and grammatical expertise.
Build credibility and trust through consistent delivery of quality outcomes.
Apply strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
