Manage daily management of a client's trading activity including reviewing reconciliation breaks on Shares and Valuation and related client queires
Manage daily publication of key deliverables to DTCC/NSCC
Participate in industry working groups, initiatives and current events related to ETF
Reconcile accurately and efficiently reconcile against all core controls and procedures for all relevant ETF and TA deliveries
Participate in discussions with Fund Sponsors looking to launch new ETF products
Provide monthly KPI reporting to clients and senior management
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's degree and three plus years of industry experience
Quick learner both technical knowledge and systems
Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, managerial and time management skills
Ability to be effective in a global operating environment and a matrix management organization
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and counterparties
Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail
Results orientated; ability to create and sustain a target driven environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
ETF industry experience
Advanced Excel skills, VBA, etc
Strong knowledge of complex corporate actions and dividend income
ETF cash component expertise
