Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum 5 years' experience on the market products as sales/traders or corporate finance / capital markets

• Strong self-starter given potential desk responsibilities and growth

• Creative problem solver with ability to perform well under pressure

• An analytical thinker who has strong attention to detail

• Creative problem solver with ability to perform well under pressure

• Strong understanding of fundamental product

• Strong proficiency in Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Bachelor's degree

• Japanese and English business fluency
