Job responsibilities
Create, negotiate, manage, and optimize strategies that create positive EBITDA impacts for key airline partners
Own involvement in product driven projects targeting sales and revenue growth
Negotiate best in class contractual terms
Manage and source multiple preferred airline relationships that achieve successful financial objectives
Develop long and short-term strategies and tactics to maximize success and company business objectives
Develop and optimize existing relationships utilizing entrepreneurial methodologies that create incremental revenue streams
Provide effective quantitative and qualitative modeling and analysis to prove and measure airline agreement value and opportunity
Own on-going issue resolution with suppliers and acts as primary point of contact for escalation of issues from Chase Travel
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years advanced applicable airline or travel industry knowledge and experience
Demonstrate highly developed analytical skills
Exceptional Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook competency
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively while staying organized
Ability to prioritize to meet various needs and problem solve
Experience negotiating and contract management
Demonstrates excellent communication skills and is comfortable sharing analysis insights and key findings to executives and clients
Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
The ability to build strong relationships and collaborate on strategies to drive incremental revenue for key partners through contract negotiations
Dynamic presentation skills - skilled in the use of techniques and strategies required to effectively educate airlines on growth strategies
