xperienced VP to assume responsibility for leading the LATAM SCF Program Management team, principally bilocated in Sau Paulo and Mexico City. This individual will design a comprehensive client engagement and program execution strategy for the regional portfolio and will be responsible for driving asset and revenue ramp through the identification of both organic and strategic growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Manage, develop, and retain a team of ~10 individuals across both Program Management and Supplier Sales functions
Drive outsized asset and revenue generation through steering of SCF program ramp and supplier enrollment, while supporting the client's ability to achieve their own organizational objectives
Work in close partnership with Banking Coverage, Payment Sales, and Trade Sales colleagues to develop a robust SCF origination strategy
Adopt utilization of emerging data analytics tools and applications (AI, LLM, etc.) to support both ongoing trend analyses, as well as portfolio surveillance, while driving administrative efficiencies in pursuit of client deliverables (content preparation, reporting, etc.).
Support the ongoing expansion of the team's remit in conjunction with Trade Client Management structure involving eventual management of additional Trade Products, along with identification of potential cross-selling opportunities
Monitor ongoing client and portfolio performance, identify trends driving changes in AUM or Revenue, and design strategies to positively influence future performance
Partner with Product and other cross functional stakeholders to ensure optimum and seamless execution, solution delivery, and compliance with both firm and local regulatory requirements
Develop strong working relationship with regional counterparts to support identification and application of prevailing best practices in relation to client execution strategies
Effectively communicate and advocate for regional or client specific needs within the construct of Trade's governance structure, as well as with banking coverage partners, to ensure adequate understanding of LATAM specific priorities and/or nuances
Facilitate requests and inquiries from cross functional partners across the JPM franchise (Sales, Bankers, Credit, Client Service, Operations, Legal, Product and others)
Analyze ongoing client financial performance to understanding trend development and profitability, informing potential adjustments to execution strategy
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:**
Minimum of 10 years of client coverage experience required
Working experience with Trade Finance and Working Capital solutions products
Proficiently fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory), intermediate/fluent Spanish
Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables within a timely fashion
Positive, results oriented thinker with propensity for new idea generation
Competitive and independently driven to consistently outperform expectations (of both internal stakeholders and clients)
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with comfort leading interactive client discussions
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Degree in Finance, Economics, Management or related discipline
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:**
Familiarity with Receivables Finance, Inventory Finance, or Traditional Core Trade
Sales and/or structuring experience
Credit analysis experience or exposure
